摘要
为研究高韧冷拌树脂混凝土在钢桥面坑槽修补中的应用情况,现构造了一种快固型高韧冷拌树脂混凝土钢桥面坑槽修补铺装结构,并依托九江二桥钢桥面环氧沥青铺装养护施工,开展了对高韧冷拌树脂胶结料与混合料的路用性能和施工工艺的对比研究。研究结果表明:高韧冷拌树脂混凝土与热拌环氧沥青混凝土性能基本一致,路用性能相当;高韧冷拌树脂胶结料的黏结强度和混合料的抗疲劳性能均较优,且高韧冷拌树脂混凝土修补坑槽所需的固化时间较短,可显著降低对交通运行的影响。
This paper aimed to study the application of cold mixed high toughness resin concrete in the repair of steel bridge deck pit.A fast setting high resilience cold mix resin concrete steel bridge deck pit repair pavement structure is constructed.Relying on the epoxy asphalt pavement maintenance construction of steel deck of Jiujiang No.2Bridge,the pavement performance and construction technology of cold mixed high toughness resin binder and mixture were studied.Research indicated that the performance of high resilience cold mix resin concrete is basically the same as that of hot mix epoxy asphalt concrete,and the road performance is equivalent.But the coldmix high-resilient resin binder has better bond strength as well as fatigue resistance of the mixture.In addition,the curing time required for the repair of potholes with cold-mixed high-toughness resin is shorter.It can significantly reduce the impact of traffic operations.
