高掺量再生沥青路面材料的温拌技术评价

Evaluation of Warm Mixing Technology on Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement Materials with High Percentage of Reclaimed Content

摘要 温拌再生沥青混合料集合了温拌沥青技术和再生沥青技术的优点,是一种绿色环保型沥青混合料。通过动态剪切流变试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验、疲劳试验等研究,对比了高RAP掺量比例条件下,温拌再生沥青混合料和热拌再生沥青混合料的形态和工程性能等。研究结果表明:温拌沥青技术对混合料的配合比设计以及劈裂强度无显著影响;提高RAP掺量有利于提高路面的抗车辙能力,且沥青温拌技术不会对路面抗车辙性能有显著的不利影响。 Warm mix asphalt(WMA)technology of reclaimed asphalt mixture(RAP)is green and environmentally friendly with advantages of both WMA and RAP.A variety of tests include dynamic shear rheological test,indirect tensile strength,rutting test,and fatigue test were conducted to study the rheological and performance of WMA and hot mix asphalt(HMA)at different RAP contents.The results show that WMA technology have no obvious effect on the mix design and the splitting tensile strength of the asphalt mixture.The improvement of RAP dosage can improve the rutting resistance and there is no evidence that WMA technology has negative effects on the rutting resistance of the pavements.
