摘要
为解决大跨度预应力的连续箱梁悬臂浇筑施工的挠度控制以及其他常见质量通病,结合实际工程进行分析研究。从箱梁施工要点、预应力张拉工艺、悬臂浇筑技术以及合龙段施工控制要点进行总结,得出在悬臂浇筑施工工况下,挂篮稳定性异常重要,需要保证足够的结构稳定支护和防风措施,同时对于悬臂浇筑的挠曲线的预判和挠度差的控制是整个悬浇施工立模高度的重要判据;在合龙施工中需要全程采用混凝土应变计进行跟踪量测,以使悬臂浇筑的合龙段顺利合龙无高差。
In order to solve the deflection control and other common quality problems in the cantilever pouring construction of large-span prestressed continuous box girder, the analysis and research are carried out in combination with the actual project. From the key points of box girder construction, prestressed tensioning process, cantilever pouring technology and construction control points of the closing section, it is concluded that under the construction conditions of cantilever pouring, the stability of the hanging basket is extremely important, and it is necessary to ensure sufficient structural stability support and Windproof measures, and at the same time, the pre-judgment of the deflection curve of cantilever casting and the control of deflection difference are important criteria for the height of the vertical formwork of the entire cantilever casting;in the construction of the closure, it is necessary to use concrete strain gauges for tracking and measurement, so that the cantilever casting can be used for tracking and measurement. The closing section of the closing dragon smoothly closes without height difference.
