摘要
以济南市某房地产建设工程为研究对象,分析了装配式建筑的总体施工工艺,采用阻尼振动法对连接节点的施工质量进行监测。结果表明,钢筋套筒无灌浆时,其振幅出现反复震荡,且正负对称;在钢筋套筒灌浆饱满时,振幅衰减速度快;振幅的衰减符合指数衰减规律。
Taking a real estate construction project in Jinan as the research object, the overall construction technology of prefabricated buildings is analyzed, and the construction quality of connecting nodes is monitored by damping vibration method. The results show that when the reinforcement sleeve is not grouted, its amplitude oscillates repeatedly, and its positive and negative symmetry;When the reinforcement sleeve grouting is full, the amplitude attenuation speed is fast;The attenuation of amplitude conforms to the law of exponential attenuation.
