基于全球专利视角的中药贴剂相关研究的可视化分析 被引量:2

Visual analysis of related research on traditional Chinese medicine patches based on global patents perspective

摘要 目的 中药贴剂作为不可替代的医药用品,处于高速发展阶段,对近年来中药贴剂的相关研究进行可视化分析。方法 在Orbit数据库中对中药贴剂开展技术主题检索,应用可视化分析方法,对中药贴剂技术发展现状进行详细分析,利用专利文献公开的技术内容,从全球专利角度,着重对近5年中药贴剂产品相关专利申请的国家(地区)分布、时间以及主要申请人分布进行分析,并且对技术进行分支、聚类分析。结果 通过以上分析发现,中药贴剂技术主题仍处于全球研发的活跃期,研发国家(地区)在全球分布广泛,主要优势国家仍为中国。结论 中药贴剂作为传统医药用品应用广泛,具有技术研发优势,传统的创新主体和新兴创新主体相继突起,伴随药品监管日趋严格,可通过弥补技术空白、推动技术融合及技术创新,促进中药贴剂技术朝向多元化、高质化发展。 Objective As an irreplaceable medical product, traditional Chinese medicine patches were in the stage of rapid development.The relevant research on traditional Chinese medicine patches in recent years was analyzed visually. Methods The technical topic retrieval of traditional Chinese medicine patches was carried out in Orbit database, and the development status of traditional Chinese medicine patches technology was analyzed in detail by visual analysis method. Based on the published technical content of patent literatures, from the perspective of global patents, the countries or regions distribution, time and main applicant distribution of patent applications related to traditional Chinese medicine patch products in recent five years were mainly analyzed, and branch and cluster analysis were carried out on the technology. Results It was found that the traditional Chinese medicine patches were still in active period of global research and development, the research and development area was widely distributed around the world, and China was still the main active country. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine patches are widely used as traditional medical supplies and have advantages in technology research and development. Traditional innovation subjects and emerging innovation subjects have emerged one after another. With the increasingly strict supervision of drug, traditional Chinese medicine patches can be promoted to diversified and high-quality development by filling technological gaps and promoting technological integration and innovation.
