摘要
设计合成了一种新型共价有机框架类荧光探针TpPa-COOH COF,该探针在THF/H2O(体积比1∶1)混合溶液中能够高选择性识别I^(‒).向体系中加入I^(‒)后,溶液由浅红色变为黄色,317 nm处荧光强度明显降低.该探针具有良好的选择性,抗干扰能力强,检出限为0.028μmol/L,pH适用范围广(1~13),具有良好的应用前景.
A new type of covalent organic framework fluorescent probe,TpPa-COOH COF,is designed and synthesized.The probe can highly selectively recognize I^(‒)in a solution of THF/H_(2)O(volume ratio of 1∶1).The color of the solution changed from light red to yellow after adding I^(‒)to the probe solution which can be observed with the naked eye,and the fluorescence intensity is significantly reduced at 317 nm.The probe has a high selectivity with a detection limit of 0.028μmol/L,and the pH range is wide(1~13),which provids a good application prospect in I^(‒)detection.
