总结王有鹏教授治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的用药特点。王有鹏教授治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘紧密结合寒地发病特点,因地制宜;临证用药不拘泥于古,根据儿童年龄、体质、病情的轻重缓急灵活化裁,因人制宜;在对疾病准确分期基础上,用药因时制宜;博览诸家,多以经方、合方为用;坚持防大于治,重视诸脏的顾护与饮食的调理。
This article summarizes the characteristics of Professor WANG Youpeng's medication in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Professor WANG Youpeng's treatment of cough variant asthma closely combined with the characteristics of cold onset,and according to local conditions.Professor WANG's clinical medication is not rigidly adhered to the ancient times,and is flexibly adjusted according to the child's age,physique,and the severity of the disease,and adjusts measures to individual conditions.On the basis of accurate staging of the disease,Professor WANG's medication is adapted to the conditions of the times,exposing various schools,mostly using classical prescriptions and compound prescriptions.Professor WANG insists that prevention is better than cure,and attaches great importance to the care of various internal viscera and the conditioning of diet.
