摘要
文章以60 kW车载质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)发动机系统为例,探究了PEMFC发动机系统的稳态及动态加载响应输出特性,并对PEMFC发动机系统的关键参数进行了灵敏度测试与分析。试验结果表明:PEMFC发动机在全工况下运行表现良好,最大输出功率为71.91 kW;随着功率需求的不断增大,单片电池电压的均衡性逐渐变差,电堆效率越来越低,而氢气利用率则越来越高;阴阳极气体压力随着功率需求的增大而增大,但二者的压差稳定保持在0.006~0.02 MPa;冷却水进出堆温差维持在12℃以内,满足了PEMFC发动机系统在各工况下的运行条件。
This paper takes a 60 kW fuel cell system as an example to explore the dynamic loading response and steady-state output characteristics of the fuel cell system, and carry out sensitivity test and analysis on the key parameters of the system. The test results show that the PEMFC engine performs well under all operating conditions, with a maximum output of 71.91 kW.With the increase of load power, the uniformity of the monolithic battery voltage gradually deteriorates, the efficiency of the stack is getting lower, and the utilization rate of hydrogen is getting higher. The pressure of the cathode and anode gas increases with the load while the pressure difference between the two is maintained within the range of 0.006 ~0.02 MPa, and the temperature difference between the cooling water entering and exiting the reactor is maintained within 12 ℃, which meets the operating conditions of the PEMFC engine system under various working conditions.
