摘要
为了系统地了解氮化硼在填充聚合物导热复合材料中的应用研究现状,介绍了聚合物/氮化硼复合材料的导热机理,综述了氮化硼的粒径、含量、表面改性以及与其他填料杂化复合等因素对聚合物复合材料导热性能的影响,分析了聚合物/氮化硼导热复合材料制备新方法。随着填充氮化硼质量分数的增加,聚合物/氮化硼复合材料的导热性能提高。与原纯聚合物相比,对氮化硼填充聚合物的导热系数提升的幅度来讲,不同的制备方法得到的研究结果数据相差较大。通过构筑三维网络或取向结构的复合材料使氮化硼有效连接起来,可以明显提高氮化硼填充聚合物复合材料的导热性能。
In order to further understand the application and research status of boron nitride in polymer based thermal conductive composites,the thermal conduction mechanism of polymer composites was introduced.At the same time,we reviewed the effects of particle size,content,surface modification of boron nitride and hybrid composite with other fillers on the thermal conductivity,analyzed some novel methods to prepare polymer-based composites filled with boron nitride.For different polymers,the thermal conductivity of polymer/boron nitride composites is improved with the increase of mass fraction of boron nitride.Compared with that of pure polymer,the data of different research results are quite different in terms of the increase amplitude and the resulting thermal conductivity of boron nitridefilled polymer.It can obviously improve the thermal conductivity of boron nitride filled polymer composites by using some approaches,such as constructing three-dimensional or oriented composites to effectively connect boron nitride.
