摘要
我国于2001年在农村实施撤点并校政策,但政策实施的效果并未达到预期目标,并衍生了额外问题,造成了多方主体对此政策产生质疑。乡村振兴战略的实施为撤点并校进程中存在的问题提供了解决契机和思路。本文分析了农村义务教育撤点并校进程中出现的问题,并结合乡村振兴战略,提出了解决撤点并校过程中衍生问题的相关举措。
China formally implemented the policy in 2001,but the effect of the policy did not reach the expected goal,and caused additional problems.Caused the multi-body to question this policy.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy provides a new opportunity to solve the existing problems in the process of school merging.This paper discusses the necessity of the implementation of rural compulsory education and analyzes the problems existing in the process of the rural compulsory education and puts forward some new thoughts on the derivative problems in the process of the rural compulsory education and the rural revitalization strategy.
