摘要
目的探讨590nm、830nm低能量光疗联合透明质酸在面部年轻化治疗中的治疗效果。方法选择2020年4月-2021年1月面部年轻化治疗患者96例作为对象,随机数字表法分为两组各48例。对照组采用590nm+830nm低能量光疗治疗,观察组在联合光疗治疗基础上开展透明质酸注射治疗。两组均完成2个月治疗,比较两组面部整体美容效果改善评分(GAIS)、VISIA皮肤测试仪及满意度。结果两组干预8周后GAIS比较,观察组皮肤湿润度、美观度、光泽度、柔和度及弹性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗8周后VISIA皮肤测试仪数据得到明显降低;观察组皮肤毛孔、斑点、皱纹、紫外线色斑、棕色斑、红色区、紫质、纹理评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预8周后满意度为97.91%高于对照组91.66%(P<0.05)。结论590nm和830nm低能量光疗可改善皮肤弹性,联合透明质酸用于面部年轻化治疗效果更佳,可提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of low energy phototherapy combined with hyaluronic acid(HA)at 590nm and 830nm in facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 96 patients with facial rejuvenation treatment from April 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with low energy phototherapy at 590nm+830nm,while the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid injection on the basis of combined phototherapy.Both groups completed 2 months of treatment.The Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS),VISIA skin tester and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of GAIS between the two groups,the scores of skin moisture,beauty,gloss,softness and elasticity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the VISIA skin tester data of the two groups were significantly reduced.The scores of skin pores,spots,wrinkles,ultraviolet spots,brown spots,red areas,violet and texture in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of intervention,the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.91%higher than that of the control group 91.66%(P<0.05).Conclusion Low energy phototherapy at 590nm and 830nm can improve skin elasticity.Combined with hyaluronic acid,the effect of facial rejuvenation is better,and the satisfaction of patients can be improved,which is worthy of promotion and application.
