摘要
文章阐述基于典型企业知识产权挖掘、推进产学研合作,提升研究生人才的培养质量,共同打造以学校为主体,企业全面协助的研究生培育新机制。学校派研究生及指导教师到企业,企业为学校配备技术人员(企业导师),开展现场指导或远程讲解;研究生导师借助理论优势,积极与企业沟通,开展的富有成效的技术研发工作,共同挖掘和培育知识产权课题,形成知识产权成果,并基于此形成与生产实际密切联系的毕业论文选题。校企双方全方位多角度合作,联合开展互联网+指导工作和大学生创新创业实践应用,全程指导和检查研究生毕业论文质量,严把人才培养关。
The article expounds that based on typical enterprises’intellectual property rights mining,promoting industry university research cooperation,improving the training quality of graduate talents,and jointly building a new mechanism of graduate cultivation with schools as the main body and enterprises’comprehensive assistance.The school sends graduate students and instructors to the enterprise,and the enterprise provides technical personnel(enterprise mentors)for the school to carry out on-site guidance or remote explanation.With the help of theoretical advantages,postgraduate tutors actively communicate with enterprises,carry out fruitful technology research and development work,jointly explore and cultivate intellectual property issues,form intellectual property achievements,and form graduation thesis topics closely related to production practice based on this.Schools and enterprises cooperate in all aspects and from multiple angles,jointly carry out Internet+guidance and practical application of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,guide and check the quality of graduate theses throughout the whole process,and strictly control the training of talents.
