摘要
膝关节周围原发恶性骨肿瘤发病率逐年升高,随着肿瘤患者的年轻化及综合治疗的进步,现今治疗目标不但要提高患者的5年生存率,而且要保留良好的下肢功能,而手术方式是影响患者下肢功能预后的重要因素之一。本文系统性地回顾了相关文献,简述手术方式对膝关节周围原发恶性骨肿瘤功能预后的影响,旨在提供全面综合的分析,针对膝关节周围原发恶性骨肿瘤的手术方式及展望作一综述。
The incidence of primary malignant bone tumors around the knee joint is increasing yearly. As cancer is increasing in younger age groups and with the progress of comprehensive treatment,the current treatment goal should not only improve the 5-year survival rate of patients,but also preserve good lower limb function,and surgical methods are one of the crucial factors affecting the prognosis of lower limb function. This article systematically reviews the relevant literature,briefly describes the effect of surgical methods on the functional prognosis of primary malignant bone tumors around the knee joint,and aimed to provide comprehensive comments on the current treatments and prospects of this malignant bone tumor.
