摘要
基于技术创新的中介视角,采用2011—2019年我国30个省份的平衡面板数据,实证检验了绿色金融对于产业升级的影响效应,结果表明:绿色金融的实施能够显著促进产业升级水平的提升,同时绿色金融的实施也能促进技术创新水平的提升,技术创新在绿色金融影响产业升级的过程中起到了部分中介的作用。基于实证结论提出建议:继续提升绿色金融水平,推进绿色金融的创新力度,加速绿色金融政策的落地,以促进我国产业结构的升级化与合理化转变;从政府和市场的双重角度发挥绿色金融的技术创新效应,为技术创新提供资金支持;坚持推进技术创新,从人才、税收等方面为技术创新提供支持。
This paper studies the impact of green finance on industrial upgrading by using the balanced panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019 based on the intermediary perspective of technological innovation. The empirical results show that the implementation of green finance can significantly promote the improvement of industrial upgrading level, and the implementation of green finance can also promote the improvement of technological innovation level. Technological innovation plays a partial mediating effect between green finance and industrial upgrading. This paper puts forward the following suggestions. Financial institutions continue to improve the level of green finance, promote the innovation of green finance, and the government accelerates the implementation of green finance policies to promote the upgrading and rationalization of China’s industrial structure. The technological innovation effect of green finance should be brought into full play from the dual perspectives of government and market to provide financial support for technological innovation. We will unswervingly promote technological innovation and provide support for it in terms of personnel and taxation.
