基于UTAUT理论的绿色快递包装回收激励机制研究——以南京市社区型菜鸟驿站为例 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国邮政快递业持续快速发展,快递包装领域内造成的资源浪费和环境污染问题日益凸显。在稳妥推进碳中和目标的背景下,让快递物流与碳中和契合、有效落实快递包装的逆向物流刻不容缓。文中采用问卷调查、实地研究、文献综述等方法对南京市居民循环利用快递包装的认知态度和行为意愿进行调查;从社区原有的菜鸟驿站回收体系出发,根据UTAUT模型探索有效激励因素;从低碳环保的角度进行系统化的快递包装回收机制设计,同时创新环保积分激励机制,并分析成本与效益。希望研究成果能为国家节能减排、推动快递包装行业产业链绿色发展提供些许建议和思路。 With the sustained and rapid development of China’s postal express industry,the waste of resources and environmental pollution in the field of express packaging are becoming increasingly prominent. Under the background of steadily promoting the goal of carbon neutrality,it is urgent to make express logistics fit with carbon neutrality and effectively implement the reverse logistics of express packaging. This paper investigates the cognitive attitude and behavioral willingness of residents in Nanjing to recycle express packaging by means of questionnaire,field research and literature review;Starting from the original Cainiao station recycling system in the community,this paper explores the effective incentive factors according to the UTAUT model;From the perspective of low-carbon environmental protection,the systematic design of express packaging recycling mechanism is carried out. At the same time,the integral incentive mechanism of environmental protection is innovated,and the cost and benefit are analyzed. It is hoped that the research results can provide some suggestions and ideas for national energy conservation and emission reduction and promoting the green development of express packaging industry chain.
