环节质量管理对提高急诊医护团队急救仪器使用满意率的影响 被引量:3

Effect of link quality management on improving the satisfaction rate of medical team in emergency department with the use of emergency instruments

摘要 本文探讨环节质量管理提高急诊医护团队对急救仪器使用满意率的效果。研究对象选择我院急诊科所有在职医护人员,采用自身前后对照,2019年1月—12月未实施干预的各项数据资料作为干预前资料,从2020年1月开始实施干预,将2020年1月—12月实施干预期间收集的数据资料作为干预后资料。干预前应用常规急救仪器管理方法,干预期应用环节质量管理模式。将干预前后急诊急救仪器管理效果、工作效率及医护团队仪器使用满意度作为评价指标,将干预前后各项数据资料进行比较,并做统计学分析。干预后仪器的交接班记录、定点摆放规范、仪器清洁良好、仪器维护完好、使用和维修记录完整性、仪器设备出现意外故障及时处理以及医护团队的配合等各项次数均明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后急救仪器零部件缺损和不配套、使用过程中出故障以及维护保养不及时等问题得到明显改善。医护团队使用急救仪器设备的满意度有明显提升。环节质量管理模式使急诊科急救仪器管理更加规范、高效,能有效保障仪器性能及使用效率,提高急诊医护团队对急救仪器使用的满意率,使急救质量得到了保证。 To explore the effect of link quality management on improving the satisfaction rate of medical team in emergency department with the use of emergency instruments.All in-service personnel in the emergency department of our hospital were taken as the research objects.The intervention was implemented from January 2020,the period from January to December 2019 before the intervention,and the period from January to December 2020 after the intervention.Routine first-aid instrument management method was applied before intervention,and link quality management mode was applied after intervention.Management effect and work efficiency of emergency equipment were observed and compared before and after intervention.After the intervention,the times of shift handover records,standardized placement of fixed points,good cleaning of instruments,intact maintenance of instruments,integrity of use and maintenance records,and timely treatment of unexpected faults of instruments and equipment were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention,the defects and mismatches of emergency equipment parts,the number of failures during use and the untimely maintenance have been significantly improved.Medical team'satisfaction was significantly improved.The link quality management mode makes the management of emergency instruments in the emergency department more standardized and efficient,can effectively ensure the performance and use efficiency of instruments,improve the satisfaction rate of emergency medical team.
