细节管理和环节控制在静脉用药调配中心抗肿瘤药物配置质量中的应用 被引量:18

Detailed management and process monitoring of antineoplastic agent intravenous admixture using PIVAS

摘要 目的 探讨细节管理联合环节控制在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)抗肿瘤药物的配置质量中的应用。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年4月间西安国际医学中心医院PIVAS抗肿瘤药物的配置人员作为研究对象,以2个月为1个研究阶段,2020年1月至2020年2月采用常规的管理手段,收集所有数据纳入对照组;而2020年3月至2020年4月采用细节管理联合环节控制的管理手段,收集所有数据纳入观察组。其中,对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用细节管理联合环节控制。比较两组的工作指标(审方时间、配药时间、排药时间、周转天数、失误次数、不合格医嘱审出率)及肿瘤护理人员满意度。结果 观察组的审方时间、配药时间、排药时间、周转天数、失误率及不合格医嘱审出率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的肿瘤护理人员的满意度为86.3%,高于对照组的71.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 细节管理联合环节控制能够有效提高PIVAS抗肿瘤药物配置质量中的工作效率,节约医疗成本,提升肿瘤护理人员满意度。 Objective To explore the application of detailed management and process monitoring in the quality control of antineoplastic agent intravenous admixture using pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS). Methods PIVAS staff for antineoplastic agent intravenous admixture were selected at Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital from January 2020 to April 2020. With 2 months per research phrase, conventional management strategies were implemented and relevant data were collected and included in a control group from January 2020 to February 2020. From March 2020 to April 2020, detailed management and process monitoring were implemented and the relevant data were collected and included in an observation group. Work indicators were compared including time for prescription review, agent admixture and agent dispensing, turnover days, number of faults, unqualified medical order review rate and caregiver satisfaction. Results The time for prescription time for prescription, agent admixture and agent dispensing, turnover days, number of faults, unqualified medical order review rate were statistically significant lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05). Patient satisfaction was 86.3% in the observation group, which was higher than 71.3% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Detailed management combined with process monitoring can effectively improve work efficiency of antineoplastic agent intravenous admixture using PIVAS, save medical costs, and improve nursing staff satisfaction.
