摘要
随着人民对健康的需求日益增加,医生的专业知识需不断更新以实现一切为了人民健康的目标。医学影像学作为现代循证医学的基石,在疾病的病前诊断、病中评估疗效以及病后随访中至关重要。然而科技的飞速发展使得影像技术快速更新,这对我国以传统教学模式为主的医学影像学教育提出了巨大挑战。文章通过阐述目前国内外医学影像学高等教育及继续教育在课程设置、培养目标以及教学方法上的一些成功做法,为我国医学影像学课程改革提供从国外现有模式中可吸收和借鉴的先进经验,说明了我国在医学影像学教育领域改革和发展的不足及应该改进必要性和重要性,以期提高学生的学习自主性,提升影像学的教学品质,为中国医疗卫生事业培养高质量的后备力量和下一代杰出的医务工作者。
With the increasing demand for health of the people, the professional knowledge of doctors needs to be constantly updated to achieve the goal of all for the people’s health. As the cornerstone of modern evidence-based medicine,medical imaging plays an important role in pre-disease diagnosis, in-disease evaluation and post-disease follow-up.However, the rapid development of science and technology makes the rapid updating of imaging technology, which poses a great challenge to the traditional medical imaging education in China. The paper expounds on the current domestic and foreign higher education and continuing education of medical imaging in the curriculum, training objectives, and some of the successful practices in the teaching methods to provide ideas for medical imaging curriculum reform in our country and to emphasize the necessity of reform.In order to improve students’ learning autonomy, improve the quality of imaging teaching, and cultivate high-quality reserve force and the next generation of outstanding medical workers for China’s medical and health cause.
