摘要
中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局是中国特色社会主义最为鲜明的时代语境,也是大学生国家意识培育工作的出发点。“两个大局”为大学生国家意识培育增添了时代底色、带来了双重境遇,既孕育有利契机,也潜藏风险挑战,其势必要求大学生国家意识培育把握好历史共性与时代特性、基本国情与世界大势、理性平和与积极进取、立足中国与面向世界的辩证关系。立足“两个大局”的交叠性和复杂性等特征,大学生国家意识培育应从思想认识、理论逻辑、价值倡导和叙事方式等方面入手,彰显培育理念的整体性视野、培育思路的学理性支撑、培育内容的内在性关联和培育方法的现代化效能,因事而化、因时而进、因势而新地推动实践创新。
The national rejuvenation strategy within the wider context of once-in-a-century changes taking place in the world is the most distinctive times context of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it is also the starting point for the cultivation of college students’national consciousness.The“Two Overall Situations”have shaped the background of the times and brought dual circumstances for the cultivation of college students’national consciousness,with both favorable opportunities and risks and challenges.Therefore,in the cultivation of college students’national consciousness,it is of necessity to grasp the dialectical relationship between historical commonness and characteristics of the times,national conditions and general trend of the world,rationality and composure and forging ahead,being rooted in China and adopting a global perspective.Based on the overlapping and complex characteristics of the“Two Overall Situations”,the cultivation of college students’national consciousness should be implemented from the aspects of ideological cognition,theoretical logic,value advocacy and narrative mode,showing the holistic vision of cultivation concept,the scientific support of cultivation thought,the intrinsic relevance of cultivation content and the modern efficiency of cultivation method,and promoting practice and innovation according to events,times and situations.
