Fatigue safety resilience model of assembly line work and its application

摘要 为提高流水线作业安全水平,解决工人流水线作业疲劳危害,运用事故树分析法(FTA)分析疲劳的影响因素,并构建工人疲劳安全韧性模型,该模型由管理系统、疲劳修复和人机系统3大模块组成,按照抵御、恢复、学习和优化4个阶段持续运行;依托模型的实际应用,构建疲劳管理冗余系统,提出近似、精准休息机制和传送带警报系统。结果表明:疲劳管理冗余系统具有监督检查与反馈信息的功能,并能够预防工厂的疲劳危害。疲劳修复方法可以近似或精确地确定休息时间,并能够避免同一姿势疲劳。优化人机系统得以提高人因可靠性与改善环境。该模型能够消除员工长时间同姿势作业危害,减少疲劳产生,有效解决工厂的疲劳危险。 In order to improve the safety level of assembly line work and solve the fatigue hazard of workers in assembly line work,the influencing factors of fatigue were analyzed with fault tree analysis(FTA)method,and the fatigue safety resilience model of workers was constructed.The model consisted of three modules:management system,fatigue repair and man-machine system.The model runs continuously in four stages of resistance,recovery,learning and optimization.Based on the practical application of the model,the fatigue management redundancy system was constructed,and the approximate and accurate rest mechanism and the conveyor belt alarm system were proposed.The results show that the fatigue management redundancy system has the function of monitoring and feedback information,and can prevent the fatigue damage of the factory.The fatigue repair method can approximately or accurately determine the rest time,and can avoid fatigue in the same posture.Optimizing human-machine systems can improve human factors reliability and environment.The model can eliminate the hazards of long-term work in the same-position,reduce fatigue and effectively solve the fatigue risk of the factories.
