摘要
废弃塑料瓶外表面污染物成分复杂,且对塑料瓶的回收清洗有着至关重要的影响。通过红外光谱仪、显微红外光谱仪、气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)检测废弃塑料瓶表面液体及粉末污染物成分。结果表明,污染物主要成分包含油脂类、矿物类、添加剂类化合物等。油脂类主要包含脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、长链烷烃等;矿物类主要为碳酸钙、云母、石英、高岭土等;添加剂类主要包含邻苯二甲酸酯、芥酸酰胺以及双酚A等残留。
The ingredient of contaminants on the waste plastic bottle surface was very complicated, and had a significant influence on recycling and cleaning of the waste plastic bottle.Both liquid and powder pollutants were determined by infrared spectrum analysis, microscopic infrared spectrum analysis and gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).The results demonstrate that the main ingredients of contaminates contain oil, minerals, additive compounds, and so on.Oil compounds consist of fatty acid, fatty acid ester, long chain alkane.Mineral compounds include calcium carbonate, mica, quartz, kaolin, and so on.Additives mainly include phthalic acid lipid, erucic acid amide, bisphenol A and other residues.
