摘要
慢性肾衰竭为临床常见的、高发的疾病,属于慢性疾病一种,其发病慢,为肾脏疾病的终末期,对患者危害较大。临床对于慢性肾衰竭的主要治疗方法为血液透析,该方法无法治愈慢性肾衰竭,但可延长患者的生命。血液透析治疗的周期较长,并发症较多,风险性较大,患者身心均承受较大负担。慢性肾衰竭透析治疗的患者需进行有效、全面的护理干预,方可保证透析治疗顺利进行,提高透析治疗效果。目前,临床对于慢性肾衰竭血液透析治疗患者的护理方法并无统一标准,诸多学者对该病患者的护理方法进行了分析及探讨,主要包括联动护理干预、优质护理干预、舒适护理干预、营养指导护理干预、认知行为护理干预、综合护理干预、精细化护理以及延续护理干预等,每种护理干预方法均取得了较好的护理效果,能促进慢性肾衰竭透析患者病情好转,并提升其生活质量。本文对慢性肾衰竭透析治疗的护理干预方法进行综述,以期为患者的透析治疗提供更好的护理方案。
Chronic renal failure is a common and high-incidence disease in clinic,which belonging to chronic disease.Its onset is slow and it is in the end-stage of renal disease,which is very harmful to patients.The main clinical treatment for chronic renal failure is hemodialysis,which cannot cure chronic renal failure,but can prolong the life of patients.The period of hemodialysis treatment is long,there are many complications,and the risk is high,so the patients bear a great burden both physically and mentally.Patients with chronic renal failure undergoing dialysis treatment need effective and comprehensive nursing intervention to ensure the smooth progress of dialysis treatment and improve the effect of dialysis treatment.At present,there is no unified standard for the clinical nursing methods of patients with chronic renal failure treated by hemodialysis.Many scholars have analyzed and discussed the nursing methods of patients with chronic renal failure,mainly including linkage nursing intervention,high-quality nursing intervention,comfort nursing intervention,nutrition guidance nursing intervention,cognitive behavior nursing intervention,comprehensive nursing intervention,refined nursing and continuous nursing intervention.Each nursing intervention method has achieved good nursing effect,which can promote the improvement of the condition of dialysis patients with chronic renal failure and improve their quality of life.This article reviews the nursing intervention methods of dialysis treatment of chronic renal failure,in order to provide better nursing programs for patients with dialysis treatment.
