摘要 目的 为保障学生健康安全,分析学校流行性感冒预防控制方法及其效果。方法 选取2020年1—12月在校学生96例作为分析对象,将学生以随机编号后采取双盲抽签分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组实施常规流行性感冒防控管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施加强防控管理。分析比较两组流行性感冒发生率及疾病持续时间,并评估两组相关知识掌握情况。结果 观察组学生流行性感冒发生率为12.5%,低于对照组的29.2%,疾病持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生流行性感冒知识掌握率为95.8%,高于对照组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05)。结论 学校是人群比较密集的场所,为了有效预防流行性感冒发生,降低其传播范围及影响,采用加强防控措施进行干预,可获得较好的干预效果。通过加强学校流行性感冒的防控管理,提升学生对疾病知识的掌握程度,可以达到明显的防控效果,保障学生健康安全。 Objective To analyze the preventive and control methods and effects of influenza in school to ensure the health and safety of students.Methods Ninety-six students in school from January to December2020 were selected as the objects for analysis.The students were randomly numbered and divided into control group and observation group by double-blind lottery,with 48 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine influenza prevention and control management,and the observation group implemented strengthened prevention and control management on the basis of the control group.The incidence of influenza and the duration of the disease were analyzed and compared between the two group,and the mastery condition of relevent knowledge was evaluated between the two group.Results The incidence of influenza in the observation group was 12.5%,which was lower than 29.2% in the control group,the duration of the disease was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge mastery rate of influenza in the observation group was 95.8%,which was higher than 81.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05).Conclusion School is a relatively densely populated place.In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of influenza and reduce its spread range and influence,we should strengthen prevention and control measures to obtain better intervention effect.Strengthening the prevention and control of influenza in schools and enhancing students’ knowledge of disease could achieve significant prevention and control effect and ensure students’ health and safety.
