“车-电-路-站”互联下电动出租车换电需求预测及换电站充电优化策略 被引量:7

摘要 换电模式作为快速电能补充的主要方式之一,具有换电速度快、电池可控性强等优点,可以为亟需电能补充的电动汽车提供服务。从电池规格统一的角度来看,电动出租车与换电模式的兼容性较强,因此研究换电模式下电动出租车需求预测及换电站充电优化策略具有重要的意义。首先,建立了基于换电模式的“车-电-路-站”互联系统,在此基础上根据电动出租车的出行行为及站内换电行为对换电需求进行预测;然后,分析了换电站的“用户链-电池链”交互运行模式,提出了高峰储能利用率的概念,分析了换电模式下快速电能补充车辆作为储能资源的可行性;最后,提出了一种考虑平抑负荷波动和提高储能利用率的两阶段日前优化策略,对典型换电模式下电动出租车电池进行充电计划安排,并对储能利用效果进行量化分析。仿真结果表明,换电需求具有波浪形变化趋势,所提方法能够有效发挥换电站内电池的可控、储能特点,起到平抑负荷波动、削峰填谷的作用。 As one of the main ways of fast electric energy supplement,the battery swapping mode has the advantages of fast swapping speed and strong battery controllability,which can provide services for electric vehicles in urgent need of electric energy supplement. From the perspective of unified battery specifications,ETs(Electric Taxis) are highly compatible with the battery swapping mode. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the demand prediction of ETs and the charging optimization strategy of battery swapping station under the battery swapping mode. Firstly,the“ET-battery-traffic-station”interconnection system based on the battery swapping mode is established. On this basis,the battery swapping demand is predicted according to ETs’ travel behavior and battery swapping behavior within the station. Then,the interactive operation mode of“user chain-battery chain”of battery swapping station is analyzed,the concept of peak energy storage utilization rate is proposed,and the feasibility of vehicles with fast electric energy supplement as energy storage resource under the battery swapping mode is analyzed. Finally,a two-stage day-ahead optimization strategy considering smoothing load fluctuations and improving energy storage utilization rate is proposed to arrange the charging plan of ETs’ batteries under the typical battery swapping mode,and the energy storage utilization effect is analyzed quantitatively. The simulative results show that the battery swapping demand has a wavy trend,and the proposed method can effectively take advantages of the controllable and energy storage characteristics of batteries in the battery swapping station and play the role of smoothing load fluctuations and peak load shifting.
