摘要
血紫蛋白是低等生物呼吸蛋白,游离分子较哺乳动物血红蛋白更加稳定,在血红蛋白氧载体存在循环半衰期短暂与缩血管毒副作用的缺陷方面有潜在优势,已成为颇具前景的研发新方向。本文就血紫蛋白的结构特性、分离提纯方法、修饰与封装技术、安全性及有效性评价等方面研究进展进行综述。
Hemerythrin,a type of respiratory protein from some lower organisms,which is more stable than mammalian hemoglobin in free state,has become a promising new direction of research and development,with potential advantages over hemoglobin based oxygen carrier(HBOC) in circulating half-life and vasoconstrictor toxicity.This review focuses on the new progress about hemerythrin in the structural properties,separation and purification methods,modification and encapsulation methods,and evaluation of safety and efficacy.
