摘要
针对石灰石矿山成本控制展开研究,首先探讨了矿山爆破效果主要影响因素,其次结合矿山的爆破效果与地质调查,对岩石的性质、爆破地区的地质构造和岩石结构、爆破技术这三点因素在爆破作业中对炸药单耗的影响进行分析总结,最后提出了在石灰石矿山爆破作业中改善网孔参数、改良装药结构、改善起爆网络这三点减少石灰石矿山爆破成本的具体措施。通过对矿山爆破过程中的成本进行监督和管理,从不同的角度考虑爆破过程中的影响因素,进而提高爆破效果与成本控制。
Cost control is extraordinarily important to a limestone mine.To study this issue,the main influencing factors of mine blasting effect were first discussed in detail.In addition,this research analyzed the influence of rock properties,geologic structure of blast area and blasting technology on the powder factor based on the mine blast effect and geologic investigation.Finally,specific measures for cost control in limestone mines were presented by modifying spacing-burden pattern,improving charging structure and initiation network.Through the supervision and management of the cost in the process of mine blasting,the influencing factors in the blasting process were considered from different perspectives,so as to improve the blasting effect and cost control.
