摘要
研究了赤泥的微波改性及用于从废水中吸附去除氟离子,考察了改性赤泥用量、吸附时间、温度、废水pH对氟离子吸附去除率的影响。结果表明:用微波活化赤泥是可行的,赤泥在400 W微波功率下改性,在改性赤泥投加量8 g/L、吸附时间30 min、温度15~25℃、废水pH为7.0~8.0、氟离子质量浓度10 mg/L条件下,氟离子吸附量可达1.23 mg/g,氟离子去除率可达98.2%,吸附效果较好。
The removal of fluoride ion from wastewater with microwave-modified red mud was reseached,and the effects of modified red mud dosage,adsorption time,temperature and wastewater pH on removal rate of fluoride ion were examined.The results show that it is feasible to activate red mud by microwave modification.The red mud is modified by microwave of 400 W and used to adsorb fluoride ions under the conditions of modified red mud dosage of 8 g/L,adsorption time of 30 min,temperature of 15~25℃,wastewater pH of 7.0~8.0 and fluoride ion mass concentration of 10 mg/L,the adsorption capacity can reach 1.23 mg/g and fluoride ion removal rate can reach 98.2%.The adsorption effect is good.
