摘要
在1973—1974年云南西北部高黎贡山地区区系考察中,相继采到一系列蝙蝠标本。
In a faunistic expedition to the Gaoligong mountain, Northwestern Yunnan, China, during 1973-1974, a series numbers of bats were collected. Among them, the two forms were found to be new ones to science. Diagnosis of the two subspecies are given as follows. 1. Pipistrellus paterculus yunnanensis, subsp. nov. Holotype: No. 74390, male (ad.),collected on February 18, 1974, by Li Zhiziang from Luku, Lushui Xian, western Yunnan. Allotype: No. 74388, female (ad.), collected from the same locality and date as the holotype. Diagnosis: Size larger than the nominate rece, with forearm 34.1 (32.5-35.5) mm, greatest length of the skull 13.5 (13.6-14.3) mm., the point of I2 as high as the outer cusp of I1;p2 stouter than I1. Body weights and measurements: See table in the Chinese text. Specimens examined:.Pipistrellus paterculus yunnanensis subsp. nov. (4(?), 6(?), from Anning, Yunnan);Pipistrellus abramus (4(?) 2(?), from Fumin, l(?), from Yongshan and l(?) from Luku, Yunnan;1(?), 2(?), Xingyi, Guizhou) 2. Pipistrellus circumdatus drungicus, subsp. nov. Holotype: No. 73263, female (ad.), collected on May 29, 1973, by Li Zhixiang from Dilan, Drung valley, northwestern Yunnan. Allotype: No. 73265, male (ad.), collected on May 31 1973 from the same locality as holotype;Paratype: No. 73233, male (ad.), collected on May 21, 1973, from Drung valley (The skull was found missing) Diagnosis: Eseentially similar to P. circumdatus circumdatus, but differs from the nomianate race by bicuspid of I1, the front surfaces of I1 grooved, p2 reached quite I2 in size and there is a lanker postcalcarial lobule on the calcar. Body weights and measurements: See table in the Chinese text. All the type specimens of the two new subspecies are deposited in the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, Kunming.
