摘要 为了实现中压电气贯穿件的小型化及评估贯穿件在短路工况下的设备状态,本文采用有限元方法建立两组三相式电气贯穿件电磁数值计算模型,基于该模型计算分析了当一组导体发生短路时电气贯穿件的电磁场分布及导体电动应力瞬态变化过程。本文所建立的模型能准确地计算中压电气贯穿件在短路工况下的电动应力瞬态变化过程,可准确地评估设备运行状态。基于上述模型计算探讨了短路电动应力峰值与初相角、短路电流有效值及导体分布圆半径之间的关系,由此得知贯穿件在开展短路试验时,应选择合适的初相角来增加试验严酷性,合理考验设备性能,并且当中压电气贯穿件额定载流量较小时,亦可采取两组三相的排布形式。本研究结果可用于中压电气贯穿件结构优化设计和机械强度校核。 In order to complete the miniaturization of medium-voltage electrical penetrations and evaluate the equipment status of penetrations under short-circuit conditions, the electromagnetic numerical calculation model of two groups of three-phase medium-voltage electric penetration assemblies was established by using the FEM. Based on the model, the electromagnetic field distribution of the electrical penetration and the transient change process of the electrical stress of the conductor when a group of conductors are short-circuited are calculated and analyzed. Through the comparison and analysis with the calculation results of the formula, it can be seen that the model established in this paper can accurately calculate the electromagnetic force transient change process of the medium piezoelectric permeable component under the short-circuit condition, and can accurately evaluate the operating state of the equipment. Based on the above model calculations, the relationship between the short-circuit electric stress peak value and the initial phase angle, the effective value of the short-circuit current and the radius of the conductor distribution circle is discussed, and it is known that when the penetration is in the short-circuit test, the appropriate initial phase angle should be selected to increase the test severity and reasonably test the equipment performance. And when the rated current carrying capacity of the medium voltage electrical penetrating parts is small, the arrangement of two groups of three phases can also be adopted. The results of this study can be used in the structural optimization design of the medium-voltage electric penetration assemblies and the mechanical strength checking.
