摘要
带式输送机用自移机尾用于煤矿井下工作面运输顺槽巷道,可实现转载机与带式输送机机尾的连接配合和快速推移,可满足高强度、快推进的采煤工作面生产需要。目前,国内在用的自移机尾,普遍存在可靠性较差、寿命较短、使用和维护较困难、维修不方便等问题。因此,有必要研发一种故障率低、结构简单合理、高效可靠的自移机尾。
The tail of the belt conveyor is used to transport the tunnel in the coal mine underground working face,which can realize the connection and coordination between the transfer machine and the tail of the belt conveyor and fast moving,and can meet the production needs of the high strength and fast advancing coal mining face.At present,there are many problems such as poor reliability,short service life,difficult operation and maintenance,inconvenient maintenance and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a self-moving tail with low failure rate,simple and reasonable structure,high efficiency and reliability.
