摘要
红色文化赋能师范生党史学习教育是一个循序渐进的系统工程,关系到大中小学思想政治教育一体化衔接的有效实施,是师范院校“三全育人”特色打造中不可或缺和需着力解决的一项重要课题。红色文化与党史学习教育二者在思想来源、政治标识、精神依托和价值遵循上具有同质互构的内在契合性。红色文化赋能呈现了师范生学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行四个方面的价值导向,并释放出红色精神指引信仰之光、红色品性厚植爱国之魂、红色研学砥砺奋斗之志、红色叙事激发创新之力的育人逻辑。新时代师范院校要充分挖掘红色文化赋能在师范生成长发展中的党史育人“富矿”,构建校地共建共享“三融合”、多元主体协同“四联动”、红色党史学习“五化育”的一体化长效机制,为高校筑牢主流意识形态阵地、更好地培养未来人民教师把好第一道关口。
The learning and education of party history empowered by red culture is a gradual and systematic project, which is related to the effective implementation of the integration of ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools and universities, and is an important issue that is indispensable and important to be solved in the feature creation of “three comprehensive education " in normal universities.The red culture and the learning and education of party history have the inherent consistency of homogeneity and mutual construction in terms of ideological origin, political logo, spiritual support and value follow.Red culture’s empowerment presents the value orientation of normal students in the following four aspects: learning history to understand truth, learning history to increase confidence, learning history to honor virtue, and leaning history to practice. Moreover, it also reflects the nurturing logic of the red spirit to guide the light of faith, the red character to cultivate the soul of patriotism, the red research to sharpen the will of struggle, and the red narrative to stimulate the power of innovation.In the new era, normal universities should fully explore the rich resources of party history empowered by red culture in the growth and development of normal students, build an integrated long-term effect mechanism with “three fusion" constructed and shared by universities and the local, “four linkage " of multiple subjects, and “five education" of red party history learning, so as to build a strong ideological front for universities and better train future teachers to take the first pass.
