摘要
中医方剂配伍理论是方剂理论体系的重要组成部分,包括据相助关系配伍、据相对关系配伍、制毒纠偏配伍、应用药对配伍、引经报使配伍等5个方面,其中据相助关系配伍及应用药对配伍是方剂增效的主要配伍方法,临证当首先选用;据相对关系配伍是方剂扬长避短的重要配伍方法,临证应当结合病机灵活运用;引经报使配伍亦是方剂协同增效的配伍方法之一,临证应结合病机恰当选用。熟练掌握方剂配伍方法能更好地发挥药效,提高临床疗效,控制药物的毒副作用,扩大药物的使用范围。
The theory of compatibility of prescriptions in Traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the theoretical system of prescriptions,including compatibility of auxiliary relationship,compatibility of relative relationship,compatibility of restricting toxicity and correcting bias,compatibility of applied drugs,compatibility of using guiding drugs.Compatibility of auxiliary relationship and compatibility of applied drugs are the main compatibility methods of prescription synergism,and clinical syndrome should be selected first.Compatibility of relative relationship is an important method of combination of prescription to promote advantages and avoid disadvantages.Clinical symptoms should be used flexibly in combination with pathogenesis.Compatibility of using guiding drugs is also one of the compatibility methods of prescription synergism and clinical syndrome should be properly selected in combination with pathogenesis.Skilled mastery of prescription compatibility method can better play the drug effect,improve the clinical effect,and expand the scope of use of drugs.
