脉冲染料激光在手部深度烧伤后增生性瘢痕中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨脉冲染料激光在手部深度烧伤后增生性瘢痕中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2018年1月-2020年1月绵阳市中心医院收治的126例手部深度烧伤后增生性瘢痕患者。依据治疗方式的不同将其分为试验组(n=63)和对照组(n=63)。两组均给予常规治疗,试验组采用脉冲染料激光治疗,对照组采用超脉冲点阵二氧化碳激光治疗。比较两组治疗后3个月临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后3个月疼痛、瘢痕修复情况及血流灌注量。结果:治疗后3个月,试验组总有效率为93.65%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组数字评定量表(NRS)、温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分及血流灌注量均显著低于治疗前,试验组NRS、VSS评分及血流灌注量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲染料激光治疗手部深度烧伤后增生性瘢痕,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高修复效果,值得在临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of pulsed dye laser in hypertrophic scar after deep burn of hand.Method:A total of 126 patients with hypertrophic scar after deep burn of the hand treated in Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group (n=63) and control group (n=63).Both groups were given routine treatment,the experimental group was treated with pulsed dye laser,and the control group was treated with ultrapulse fractional carbon dioxide laser.The clinical effect at 3 months after treatment,pain,scar repair condition and blood flow perfusion volume before and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Three months after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.65%,which was higher than 80.95% of the control group (P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the scores of numerical rating scale (NRS),Vancouver scar scale (VSS) and blood flow perfusion volume in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the scores of NRS,VSS and blood flow perfusion volume in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulse dye laser treatment for hypertrophic scar after deep burn of hand can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the repair effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
