摘要
目的:探讨闪罐联合手指点穴治疗面瘫的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月宁德市中医院针灸科就诊的门诊和住院的面瘫患者70例。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例。两组均给予甲钴胺片口服治疗,对照组采用常规毫针针刺联合TDP治疗器照射,观察组在对照组基础上给予闪罐联合手指点穴治疗。比较治疗前后面神经功能及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组H-B面神经功能分级均改善(P<0.05),观察组H-B面神经功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.29%(33/35),对照组总有效率为82.86%(29/35)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:闪罐联合手指点穴治疗面瘫能有效促进面神经功能恢复,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the effect of flash cupping combined with finger point acupoint in the treatment of facial paralysis.Method:From January 2020 to December 2021,70 outpatients and inpatients with facial paralysis were selected from the Acupuncture Department of Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.Both groups were given the Mecobalamin Tablets orally treatment.The control group was treated with conventional filiform needle acupuncture combined with TDP therapeutic device irradiation,and the observation group was treated with flash cupping combined with finger point acupoint on the basis of the control group.The facial nerve function before and after treatment and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the functional grade of H-B facial nerve in both groups was improved (P<0.05),and the functional grade of H-B facial nerve in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.29% (33/35) in the observation group and 82.86% (29/35) in the control group.The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of facial paralysis with flash cupping combined with finger point acupoint can effectively promote the recovery of facial nerve function and improve the clinical efficacy.
