摘要
液压传动系统常常要求执行元件具备可靠的锁止功能,针对液压缸任意位置锁止技术,对当前工程实践中主要采用的过盈与胀紧相结合的联接装卸方法进行了疏理。在对技术应用现状总结的基础上,通过对加载力、加载形式、加载结构等方面进行分析,提出了液压缸锁紧装置工程匹配开发思路和优化设计方法,通过归纳相应特性指标、参数关系和产品性能,建立了贴合工程需求的模块化系统化开发应用结构,为该技术的推广应用和相关产品的解决方案提供了依据和新的思路。
In many cases in hydraulic transmission systems, cylinders with locking functional units are often necessary. As for the optional position locking technology, the interference fit connection integrated with locking and assembly methods which are mainly adopted in modern engineering are addressed. Under the background of this, status quo of this technology’s application is summarized. On this base, the ideas and optimal design methods for engineering tailored development, which is used for cylinders’ locking units, are introduced and proposed via analyzing the force, form and structure of loading. Then, the modular-based and systematic development and application architecture that meets the engineering requirements well is established according to a summary of characteristic indices and device performance, and this, in turn, will support the extension and application of this technology and help to find innovative solutions for corresponding product manufacturing and services offering.
