摘要
南非某低品位铂钯尾矿,其铂品位为1.1 g/t,钯品位为0.5 g/t,Cr(2)O_(3)品位17.96%。采用“强磁选预富集-细磨浮选高效富集”工艺流程进行处理,以SH作抑制剂、硫酸铜作活化剂,丁黄药+SAC作铂钯捕收剂,全流程实验获得铂品位65.9 g/t,钯品位24.0 g/t,铂回收率60.93%,钯回收率48.72%,铂+钯品位89.9 g/t的铂钯精矿,同时获得Cr(2)O_(3)品位39.19%,回收率70.19%的铬精矿。实现了铂钯尾矿中铂钯的有效回收,并综合回收了铬。
A low-grade platinum palladium tailing from south Africa consists of 1.1 g/t of Pt,0.5 g/t of Pd and 17.96%of Cr(2)O_(3).Adopting the process of“pre-enrichment by strong magnetic separation-efficient enrichment by fine grinding flotation”and using SH as the inhibitor,copper sulfate as an activator,SAC+butyl xanthate as a high-efficiency platinum palladium collector,the obtained platinum-palladium concentrate has 65.9 g/t of Pt,24.0 g/t of Pd,and the recovery rates of Pt and Pd are 60.93%and 48.72%,respectively.The Cr(2)O_(3)grade in the chromite concentrate is 39.19%,and its recovery rate is 70.19%.The comprehensive recovery goal of platinum,palladium and chromite in platinum palladium tailings is achieved.
