摘要
为提高施工总承包项目总包方风险管理水平,研究站在总包方的角度,运用德尔菲法识别了施工总承包项目总包方风险源、风险事件与风险结果,由此通过结构方程模型构建了12条施工总承包项目总包方风险链,最后提出总包方风险应对策略,为总包方转移自身风险提供了指导。
To improve the risk management level of the overall contract of construction projects,the Delphi method was used to identify the risk sources,risk events,and risk results of the projects.12 risk chains of the projects were obtained through the structural equation model,and the corresponding strategies were proposed,providing the refer⁃ence for the overall contract to transfer its own risks.
