苄星青霉素与胸腺五肽联合治疗对早期梅毒血清固定患者免疫功能及TRUST转阴率的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Benzathine Penicillin Combined with Thymic Pentapeptide on Immune Function and TRUST Conversion Rate of Patients with Early Syphilis with Serum Fixation

摘要 目的:探究苄星青霉素与胸腺五肽联合治疗对早期梅毒血清固定患者免疫功能及血清甲苯胺红不加热血清反应素(TRUST)转阴率的影响。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年5月莆田学院附属医院收治的早期梅毒血清固定患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60)。两组均给予水剂注射用青霉素钠治疗,对照组给予苄星青霉素治疗,观察组给予苄星青霉素+胸腺五肽治疗,两组均持续治疗14 d,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能[T细胞亚群指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))]、TRUST转阴率、血清固定率及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前均提高,且观察组均高于对照组,两组CD8^(+)较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后TRUST转阴率(83.33%)高于对照组(58.33%),且血清固定率(3.33%)低于对照组(26.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期梅毒血清固定患者给予苄星青霉素联合胸腺五肽治疗可提高临床效果与血清TRUST转阴率,降低血清固定率,能有效调节患者T细胞亚群指标,从而提高免疫功能,且安全性较好。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Benzathine Penicillin combined with Thymic Pentapeptide on immune function and toluidine red on the negative conversion rate of serum reactions (TRUST) conversion rate of patients with early syphilis with serum fixation.Method:From May 2020 to May 2021,120 early syphilis with serum fixation patients in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University were selected and divided into the observation group (n=60) and the control group (n=60) according to random number table.Both groups were given water aqua of Penicillin Sodium Hydrate for Injection treatment,the control group was given Benzathine Penicillin treatment,the observation group was given Benzathine Penicillin + Thymic Pentapeptide treatment,two groups were treated for 14 d.The clinical efficacy,immune function[T cell subsets (CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))]before and after treatment,TRUST negative conversion rate,serum fixation rate and adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (86.67%) (P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^(+)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The TRUST conversion rate of the observation group (83.33%) after treatment was higher than that of the control group (58.33%),and the serum fixation rate of the observation group (3.33%) was lower than that of the control group (26.67%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Benzathine Penicillin combined with Thymus Pentapeptide can improve the clinical efficacy and TRUST conversion rate,reduce serum fixation rate,effectively regulate T cell subsets,and improve the immune function of patients with early syphilis serum fixation,with good safety.
