摘要
随着交通量剧增、重载交通发展,大角度斜交梁桥受结构行心与转动中心不重合、结构刚度不足及伸缩缝抵死、支座变形等影响,在恒活载、温度及地震作用下,易发生上下部结构偏位病害,影响桥梁结构安全。王家湾大桥纠偏加固是基于先增加结构刚度再进行纠偏加固的理念,增大结构刚度,再通过千斤顶、反力架、纠偏滑动面、监测系统完成桥梁纠偏复位,最后更换支座、设置限位挡块、修复伸缩缝来完成桥梁纠偏加固,恢复桥梁使用功能。
With the development of traffic surge and heavy traffic,as the structure center and rotation center does not overlap,insufficient structural reserve stiffness,bridge disease of beam end close contact,bridge pedestal deformation and so on,in constant load,temperature stress and earthquake,large angle oblique beam bridge's superstructure and infrastructure position prone to diverge,threaten the safety of bridge structure.Wangjiawan bridge correction is based on the concept of increasing the structural stiffness and corrective reinforcement,increasing the structural component stiffness,and then through the jack,anti-force frame,corrective sliding surface,monitoring system to complete the bridge deviation reset,finally changing bridge pedestal,setting limit block,repairing expansion joint to complete the bridge deviation resetting,restoring the bridge function.
