摘要
以国家新旧动能转换先行区济南市为研究区,利用演化经济地理学思想识别制造业发展新老路径,基于制造业企业数据,借助空间分析和统计分析方法,对2000年以来济南市制造业时空演化特征及动力机制进行了研究。结果发现:整体来看,济南市制造业呈现中心衰退、近郊增加、远郊剧增趋势,郊区化和空间不均衡特征明显,扩散方向以东、西南、东北方向为主;老路径和新路径中的非金属矿物制品业是制造业郊区化的重要动力,新老路径制造企业空间集聚特征差异明显;除非金属矿物制品业外,其余新老路径产业的企业进入表现出一定的空间依赖性。最后,从政府推动和市场行为两大方面分析了济南市制造企业空间格局演化的动力机制。
The spatial pattern evolution of manufacturing has been a frontier topic in the field of regional research. Currently, old industrial cities are facing an array of industry development issues which are far more complex and formidable than those of other regions. From the perspective of evolutionary economic geography, this paper recognized old paths and new paths firstly. Then, based on the data of manufacturing enterprises, this paper analyzed the dynamic features and driving forces by using spatial analysis tools. Results showed that: a distinctive trend of suburbanization and uneven distribution of manufacturing in Jinan city was found, which is manifested as the central recession, the increase of suburb, and the sharp increase of outskirts. It widens considerably towards the east, southwest and northeast. Old paths and the non-metallic mineral industry in new paths were important factors affecting suburbanization trend. However, spatial discrepancies also show among enterprises of different industries. The computer industry always concentrated in suburbs and presented single-core model. Moreover, the new enterprises of old paths and new paths showed a spatial dependence except the manufacture of non-metallic mineral products. The spatial and temporal evolution of manufacturing industries can be generalized to market operation and government-fostering.
