摘要
通过问卷调查对巴音布鲁克景区的游客基本信息、14个影响因子的游客满意度和重要程度进行了考察,运用IPA分析法对问卷所收集的数据进行了分析,采用IPA指数评价了巴音布鲁克景区的游客满意度。结果表明:巴音布鲁克景区游客满意度主要受餐饮、住宿、交通、旅游服务质量、旅游产品等多方面因素的影响。在此基础上提出了提升游客满意度的策略:①挖掘东归文化,创新旅游产品;②规范景区管理,优化食宿体验;③发展智慧化公共交通体系,提高景区便捷度;④加强旅游宣传,塑造旅游品牌。
In this paper, the basic information of tourists in Bayinbulak scenic spot, the satisfaction degree and importance of 14 influencing factors are investigated by questionnaire survey. The data collected by the questionnaire are analyzed by IPA analysis method, and the satisfaction degree of tourists in Bayinbulak scenic spot is evaluated by IPA index. The research shows that the tourist satisfaction of Bayinbulak scenic spot is mainly affected by catering, accommodation, transportation, tourism service quality, tourism products and other factors. On this basis, the following strategies are put forward to improve tourists’ satisfaction: First, exploring the East return culture and innovating tourism products. Secondly, standardizing the management of scenic spot and optimizing the accommodation experience. Thirdly, developing an intelligent public transport system to improve the convenience of scenic area. Fourthly, strengthening tourism publicity and build tourism brands.
