摘要 聚丙烯酰胺(Polyacrylamide,简称PAM)是一种水溶性高分子聚合物,应用广泛。因此,为了拓展PAM的应用领域和促进PAM行业的持续发展,研究聚丙烯酰胺在各领域的应用十分必要。本文首先介绍了PAM造纸分散剂和助留助滤剂在造纸领域的作用,随后从三次采油、油田钻井液和减阻剂方面讨论了PAM在油田领域中的应用,其次分析了PAM在水处理领域的作用,再次以氧化铝矿、煤炭工业、金银矿、铅锌矿和铜矿为例,评述了PAM在矿产领域的应用,最后探讨了速溶PAM的使用领域。基于上述分析,针对PAM行业的发展进行了展望。 Polyacrylamide(PAM) is a water-soluble polymer. It is widely used. Therefore, in order to expand the application field of PAM and promote the sustainable development of PAM industry, it is necessary to study the application of PAM in various fields. This paper first introduces the role of PAM paper-making dispersant and retention and filtration aid in paper-making, then discusses the application of PAM in the field of oil field from the aspects of tertiary oil recovery,oilfield drilling fluid and drag reduction agent, and then analyzes the role of PAM in the field of water treatment. The application of PAM in mineral field is reviewed with examples of bauxite, coal industry, gold and silver ore, lead and zinc ore and copper ore. Finally, the application of instant PAM is discussed. Based on the above analysis, the development of PAM industry is prospected.
