摘要
锂离子电池回收过程中产生的萃余液、反萃液会夹带部分有机相,分析有机相成分和状态,针对不同状态的油可以选择相应的除油方法。介绍了几种常用的除油方法,根据实际生产情况采用不同的组合除油方式,在保证除油效果和经济性的同时尽可能减少萃取剂的损失。
The raffinate and stripping liquid produced in the recovery process of lithium ion battery will entrain some organic phases.Analyzed the composition and state of organic phase and selected the corresponding oil removal method.Introduced several common oil removal methods,and combined different oil removal methods according to the actual production situation to minimize the loss of extractant while ensuring the oil removal effect and economy.
