摘要 本文针对茶叶中存在的氟含量高的情况,对福建省市面上的茶叶中氟含量情况进行调查分析。共选择了605批次样品检测。从调查结果可以看出,乌龙茶中氟含量较高,存在一定的安全隐患。为合理的控制氟的摄入量,建议监管部门将乌龙茶的氟列入风险监测项目,及时发布监测结果,科学引导群众安全消费;生产企业、经营业主要做好自身质量风险防范工作,加强产品质量安全管理;消费者要科学购买、饮用茶叶。 In view of the fact that the content of fluorine in tea are high,the paper made a survey and analysis on the contamination situation of fluorine of tea products in Fujian Province.A total of 605 batches of samples were collected,it can be seen that the condition of fluorine of Oolong tea products was not optimistic,and there was some potential safety hazard.In order to reasonably control the intake of fluorine,it is suggested that the regulatory authorities include the fluorine of Oolong tea in the risk monitoring items,release the risk monitoring results in a timely manner,and scientifically guide the safe consumption of consumers.The production enterprises and business owners should do a good job in the prevention of self-quality risks,and strengthen the safety management of product quality.Consumers should scientifically and reasonably purchase,drinking low fluorine tea products.
