摘要
笔者研究了中高铝陶瓷研磨球在使用过程中出现的多面体变形现象并重点分析了其产生机制。结果表明此类陶瓷研磨球发生变形的原因在于研磨球没有完全烧结,内部未烧熟区域表现为在等径球面基础上向堆积接触点方向鼓包的空间构型,当研磨锋面接触到未烧熟的鼓包区域时,鼓包区域会加速磨损而逐渐凹陷,导致陶瓷研磨球外表面出现了一种多面体构型。本文将为陶瓷研磨球质量标准建设和使用过程中变形分析提供借鉴与参考。
The polyhedral deformation phenomenon of the medium-high alumina ceramic grinding balls was studied and its generation mechanism was analyzed. The results showed that the reason for the deformation of such ceramic grinding balls is that the grinding balls were not completely sintered. The inner undense area exhibits a drum structure based on the isometric sphere, which outward bulges in the direction of contact points. The exposed bulge area will gradually dent with accelerated wear speed, thus generated the polyhedral deformation phenomenon. This paper will provide reference for quality standard construction and deformation analysis of ceramic grinding balls.
