摘要
防汛预警平台是防御洪涝灾害的强力支撑与保障。介绍了安徽省基层防汛预警平台的建设目标、总体架构、功能设计、关键技术实现及网络结构。该平台采用3层架构,整合了防汛业务中的大数据资源,并对业务进行模块划分;实现了网页端与客户端的同步展示,集成了语音查询与辅助决策应用;打通了政府机构、防汛人员与社会公众间的信息路径,提升了基层防汛监测预警的现代化水平。
The flood prevention and early warning platform is a strong support and guarantee for preventing flood disasters.The construction goal,overall structure,function design,key technology realization and network structure of the grassroots flood prevention and early warning platform in Anhui Province are introduced.The platform adopts a three-tier architecture,integrates big data resources in the flood management business,and divides the business modules.The platform realizes the simultaneous display of the web terminal and the App,and integrates the voice query and auxiliary decision-making applications.The platform has opened up information paths among government agencies,flood management personnel and the public,and improved the modernization level of grassroots flood prevention monitoring and early warning.
