摘要
在新医改和医院法治化进程不断向前推进的背景下,公立医院合同管理的重要性日益凸显。文章通过分析医院合同管理存在的问题,以F医院为例,结合内控理论,从制度建设、职责分工、流程管理等不同方面,以规范的流程和信息化为手段,构建医院合同全过程管理系统,达到强化内部控制建设,规避风险的效果,以期为医院管理者提供有益借鉴。
In the context of the new medical reform and the continuous advancement of the legalization of hospitals,the importance of contract management in public hospitals has become increasingly prominent.This article analyzes the problems existing in hospital contract management,taking F hospital as an example.Combined with internal control theory,from different aspects such as system construction,division of responsibilities,process management,standardized processes and informatization are used as means.Construct the whole process management system of hospital contract to achieve the effect of strengthening internal control construction and avoiding risks,in order to provide useful reference for hospital managers.
