基于Android的盲用手机阅读器设计

摘要 针对现有盲文书籍少且价格昂贵,而常人阅读的纸质书籍多,但缺乏盲人阅读设备的问题,设计了基于安卓(Android)的盲用手机阅读器。该阅读器集成语音合成、语音识别、光学字符识别(OCR)等人工智能技术,可将纸质读物转换为盲文,也可直接获取有声书播放,同时还可配合特定的盲文点显器将文本或音频转换为盲文。该阅读器安装简单、操作简便,解决了盲人获取书籍信息困难的问题,为盲人获取海量的纸质书籍和有声书提供了方便。 Aiming at the problem that there are few and expensive Braille books,and there are many paper books read by ordinary people,but there is a lack of blind reading equipment,a blind mobile phone reader based on Android is designed.Using artificial intelligence technologies such as Text-to-Speech,speech recognition and OCR character recognition,the reader can convert paper books into Braille,or directly obtain recorded audio playback.At the same time,it can also cooperate with a specific Braille point display to convert text or audio into Braille.The reader has the advantages of simple installation and simple operation,solves the problemthat it is difficult for the blind to obtain book information,and provides convenience for the blind to obtain a large number of paper books and audio information.
