摘要
区域国别语言政策研究是我国对外语言文字工作的重要内容。本文以期刊论文和学术著作为文献源,对2000—2020年我国区域国别语言政策研究进行文献计量分析。研究发现:2000—2020年,我国区域国别语言政策研究经历了起步期、快速增长期和稳定发展期;研究覆盖了129个国家和23个区域;文献来源分散,核心区期刊影响力较弱,核心区出版社影响力突出;形成了“一带一路”沿线国家语言状况和语言政策研究,澳大利亚、欧盟外语教育政策研究,美国语言教育政策研究,新加坡、加拿大双语教育政策研究4大研究热点。本文基于文献计量分析,还对今后我国区域国别语言政策研究提出建议。
The study on language policies of countries and regions is an important part of China’s foreign language work.Taking journal papers and academic works as literature sources,this paper makes a bibliometric analysis of China’s research on language policies of countries and regions from 2000 to 2020.The study found that from 2000 to 2020,China’s research on language policies of countries and regions has gone through initiation period,rapid growth period and stable development period.The research has covered 129 countries and 23 regions.The literature sources are scattered,the influence of journals in the core area is weak,and the influence of publishing houses in the core area is prominent.The research has revealed four major research hotspots:the study of language situations and policies of countries along the Belt and Road,foreign language education policy research in Australia and the European Union,language education policy research in the United States,and bilingual education policy research in Singapore and Canada.Based on the bibliometric analysis,the paper also makes recommendations for future China’s research on language policies of countries and regions.
