摘要
稠油采出水二氧化硅含量较高,在蒸发处理过程中,随着溶液浓度上升,析出硅酸、硅酸盐等,会堵塞蒸发器及工艺管道。目前,常采用先除硅、再蒸发的方式避免高含硅对蒸发处理的不利影响,但存在除硅处理工艺复杂、运行成本高等问题。为此,在稠油采出水蒸发处理工艺中,应用不除硅防硅垢蒸发除盐技术,预先去除钙、镁等二价成垢离子,再通过pH值调节,将二氧化硅溶解在蒸发母液中,实现蒸发原水不除硅,而能够阻止硅垢产生的目的。不除硅防硅垢蒸发除盐技术不需要除硅就可以进行蒸发处理,可对现有稠油采出水蒸发处理工艺进行简化、降低运行成本。已建工程运行情况表明,该技术可有效抑制硅垢产生,且不影响蒸发产品水水质,相比蒸发处理前进行化学除硅,吨水节约运行费用约1.91元,节约工程投资约4.7%,在稠油采出水资源化利用领域有广泛的应用前景。
The produced water of heavy oil has a high content of silica.In the process of evaporation treatment,silicic acid and silicate are precipitated with the increase of solution concentration,which blocks the evaporator and process pipe.At present,silicon removal and then evaporation are often used to avoid the adverse effects of high silicon content on evaporation treatment,but there are problems such as complex silicon removal process and high operating cost.To solve this problem,the technology of evaporation and salt removal without removing silicon and preventing silicon scale is applied in the process of evaporation and treatment of produced water of heavy oil.The divalent scale ions such as calcium and magnesium are removed in advance,and then the silicon dioxide is dissolved in the mother liquor of evaporation through pH adjustment,so as to realize the silicon scale prevention in the raw water of evaporation without removing silicon.The technology of evaporation and desalting without removing silicon and preventing silicon scale can carry out evaporation treatment without removing silicon,which can simplify the existing evaporation treatment process of produced water of heavy oil and reduce the operation cost.According to the operation of the built project,this technology can effectively inhibit the generation of silicon scale and does not affect the water quality of the evaporation product.Compared with chemical silicon removal before evaporation treatment,this technology can save about1.91 yuan operation cost per ton of water and 4.7% project investment,which has a wide application prospect in the field of heavy oil produced water resources utilization.
